Same waypoint, week after week

Waypoint 01 looks down the runway centerline from the south threshold. Same spot, same altitude, same heading, every Friday. Three of the twelve frames:

Baseline. Old pavement out, subgrade graded and compacted.
Week 6: three concrete lanes paved down the runway with equipment at the far end
Week 06 Fri, Aug 14
Lanes 1 through 3 paved. Slipform paver working the north end.
Week 12: full width of the runway paved, joints cut, shoulders being graded
Week 12 Fri, Sep 25
Full width paved, joints cut. Shoulders and lighting next.
Why it matters: when the schedule slips or a change order lands, you have a dated, consistent visual record instead of a phone photo and a memory. Forward any frame to the owner, the lender, or the sub.
